Our Caliper Painting service comes with a 12 Month Warranty. The paint we use is automotive OEM grade paint that is designed to withstand the harshest of conditions. Heat, cold, wheel acid, brake fluid brake dust, not a problem.

We can have any colour you wish mixed up without delaying you service time. Simply let us know the colour you’d like or ask our recommendation.
Here’s our favourite colours; Ferrari Rosso Red, Estoril Blue, Porsche Acid Green, Lamborghini Arancio Livrea Orange.

At Utopia Tints, we understand that your time is precious. We have worked hard to run our Caliper Painting service as efficiently as possible so that you don’t have to leave your car with us for days on end. Caliper painting usually takes 2-3 hours.

Included in our Caliper Painting service is the sanding and repainting of your hubs. This is the part of your brake disk where the wheel bolts onto, that usually goes rusty. We sand off the rust and repaint them a colour that blends in, Black or silver usually.
Powder Coating Service: Step-by-Step Process
Wheel Removal:
We begin by safely removing all of the wheels from your vehicle.Tyre Removal:
The tyres, valves and balancing weights are carefully removed from the wheels to allow for full access during the refurbishment process.Acid Bath Cleaning:
The wheels are placed in an extremely strong acid bath to strip away any old paint, dirt, or corrosion, leaving a clean surface ready for repair.Damage Repair:
Any curb rash, dents, scratches, or imperfections on the wheels are expertly repaired to ensure a smooth and flawless finish.Powder Application:
The wheels are then sprayed with a high-quality powder coating, which is electrostatically charged to ensure even coverage and adhesion.Baking:
The coated wheels are placed in an oven where the powder is baked onto the surface, creating a durable and long-lasting finish.Diamond Cutting: If your wheels require diamond cutting, we’ll place them in a CNC lathe, where the front face is precisely skimmed and polished. A protective lacquer is then applied to seal the raw aluminum from the elements and keeping them shiny.
Tyre Reinstallation:
Once the wheels have cooled, the tyres are reinstalled onto the wheels.Wheel Balancing:

Yes, we do. Unlike basic sanding and repainting services, we remove the wheels, take off the tires, and give the wheels an acid bath. We then repair any damages, apply powder coating, and bake it on for a durable finish. Afterward, we reinstall the tires, balance them, and put the wheels back on your car.
