Utopia Tints Returns Policy

We get it — sometimes things just don’t work out. If you’ve ordered a part from us and it’s not quite right, don’t worry. We’re happy to take it back as long as it’s in brand new condition.

Can I return it?

Yes – as long as:

  • The part hasn’t been fitted or used

  • It’s still in its original packaging

  • It’s in the same condition you received it

  • You let us know within 14 days of delivery

We only accept returns on items that we can resell, so everything needs to come back in the original box/packaging, clean, and unmarked.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, drop us an email straight away with your order number, a quick explanation, and ideally a couple of photos. We’ll sort it — whether that’s a refund, replacement or fix.

How to return

Just send us an email at info@utopiatints.co.uk to get started. Once we’ve confirmed it’s eligible, we’ll give you return instructions.

Please note:

  • Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Always pack it safely – anything damaged in return transit may not be refunded.

Refunds

As soon as we get the item back and check it over, we’ll process your refund — usually within 3–5 working days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

If the item comes back damaged or incomplete, we may reduce the refund to cover the loss in value.

We don’t offer straight swaps. If you need something else instead, just return the original and place a new order.
