At Utopia Tints, we understand that your time is precious. We have worked hard to run our Detailing Service as efficient as possible, however with detailing, you can’t rush perfection. Detailing almost always runs into a minimum of two days, sometimes up to 7 depending on the condition, size and level of detailing package you require.

At Utopia Tints, we recommend maintaining the cleanliness of your car regularly from home to avoid introducing new swirls to the paint during the washing process. Alternatively, you could use a local mobile detailer to maintain your vehicle at a high level. Our team is happy to provide you with information on how to maintain your freshly detailed car, so feel free to ask a member of staff for advice.

If you have any issues within the warranty period, feel free to get in contact with us to discuss the matter. Unless the coating is faulty, which is very unusual, then there is a chance that improper washing may have damaged the coating, again this is very rare as the coatings are to tough.

We recommend that you don’t wash your car for at least 7 days, to let the coating fully cure. Getting wet from rain or wet roads is fine, but please don’t pressure wash or use any chemicals on the bodywork.

No. Please feel free to bring your vehicle to us in any state you like, it will be getting an extremely deep clean regardless of how it arrives.
